The Rotunda is a funded, all-ages, public art space that hosts musical and social events. It is located on the outskirts of the UPenn campus. Only half of the building is open, and you can still get a couple hundred people in the room. There is catered food for specific events, and there is no alcohol allowed at this venue. Two of the most noted, long-running events are the experimental electronic monthly "Gate to Moonbase Alpha", and the hip-hop monthly "The Gathering".
